Welcome to the Winston-Salem Wellness Collective!

By accessing our studio, services, and online platforms, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms of Service.

  1. Use of Services. Our services, including group classes, events, memberships, and workshops, are offered for personal wellness purposes. Please ensure respectful conduct toward staff and fellow members at all times.

  2. Membership and Pricing. Memberships are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Discounted memberships are available for specific groups, as indicated in our pricing details. Payment is required in full and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  3. Reservations and Cancellations. To accommodate everyone, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance. This allows others the opportunity to book a spot and ensures our schedule runs smoothly. No-Show Policy: If you miss a class without canceling in advance, for Drop-In Participants the class fee is non-refundable, for Pass Holders one session will be deducted from your account and for Unlimited Members a no-show fee of $15 may be applied to encourage accountability and help maintain availability for others.

Thank you for understanding and helping us create a fair, accessible experience for everyone in our community!

We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you ever face challenges making it to class, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to work with you to find a solution that supports your journey.

  4. Yoga Class Late Arrival Policy. To support a grounded and respectful experience for all, classes begin promptly at their scheduled time and doors are locked at the start. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into the space.

Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be accommodated once a class is in session. This helps us uphold the yogic principle of asteya (non-stealing)—honoring others’ time, energy, and focus—and maintain the integrity of the shared experience. Thank you for helping us cultivate a space rooted in presence, care, and mutual respect.
