First Time Visiting?
Stepping into a new space can feel like a big moment; sometimes it takes a lot of courage to show up for ourselves.
Whether you’re brand‑new to yoga, returning after time away, or exploring something new, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
Check out our FAQs for what to expect.
-
When you arrive for your first class, our team will welcome you at the front desk to get checked in.
We’ll show you where to put your things and where to find any mats or props you may need.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to meet your instructor, get oriented, and settle into the space.
Feel free to ask any questions or let us know of any concerns or challenges you have when you arrive, or feel free to reach out in advance.
-
Right outside our door is free 2-hour parking on Trade Street. There is also a parking deck at 6th and Cherry, less than 1 block away, and other paid lots nearby.
Be sure to note the signage at lots and parking decks with information about how to pay for parking (by app, text or call)
We are also conveniently walkable from everywhere downtown!

You’ll find everything you need to feel comfortable here:
Yoga mats and props to support your body
A clean, calming space to practice
A community that respects your presence
Space to arrive before class and linger afterward
You are always welcome to bring your own mat, water, journal, or other special items that bring you comfort.
-
Just bring yourself—truly.
Wearing clothing you can be comfortable in, and bringing an open mind are enough.
If you have a yoga mat or other items of comfort, feel free to bring them too.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to know the poses.
You only need the willingness to show up for yourself.
-
Our teachers will guide, but the practice is YOURS.
Every class is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be offered options and variations so you can move in a way that feels right for your body and spirit on that day.
Taking a Savasana (laying prone on your back) or other comfortable pose is always an option.
-
This is a shared space built on respect and you’re stepping into a community that sees you as a whole person.
All bodies, identities and belief systems are welcome, just as you are.
During practice, phones stay tucked away in the cubbies and are set to silent or vibrate. Voices and approaches stay gentle and calm.
Recording of sacred practices (yoga, breathwork, journeys, healings, etc.) isn’t permitted without explicit permission from participants. From time to time, a group photo or promotional content may be created, and we’ll always name it clearly beforehand. You can decline without explanation.
You are welcome to take photos or videos of yourself and the space before or after class, or anytime outside of the practice itself. Share what feels meaningful to you while keeping the container protected.
Boundaries are honored here. In some classes, hands‑on adjustments may be offered to support your practice, and you’re always free to decline—no explanation needed.
-
If you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely normal. We’re here to help you find the class, pace, or practice that feels like home.
Reach out anytime—we love helping people find their people.
