Jamaica Retreat Update: Hurricane Melissa Impact

Our hearts remain deeply connected to the land and people of Jamaica, where our founders have traveled, adventured, and volunteered for over fifteen years. While our retreat plans are currently on hold due to recent hurricane impacts, we’re still holding the vision—and raising funds to support this beloved place.

Below, you’ll find the original retreat details, which we hope to bring to life when the time is right.

In the meantime, we’re offering a few ways to contribute to recovery efforts to help the people of Jamaica come back stronger.

Thank you for being part of this circle of support. Your presence, generosity, and love make a difference.

Travel with a light footprint while making a big impact.

The Winston-Salem Wellness Collective partners with our two sister organizations—Jah Works Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and Higher Vibes Travel, a responsible travel company to cultivate deeply meaningful experiences that respect the culture, customs and build relationships.

Since 2009, our founders have worked hand-in-hand with local leaders to support community-led sustainable development initiatives, and uplift locally owned small businesses in each destination we serve.
