Meet Your Guide
The Elemental Sculpt Method™ was created by Liz Keeter, RYT-500, after years of studying yoga, sculpt, mat Pilates, functional anatomy, and Eastern philosophy.
Along the way, Liz came to believe the most impactful classes aren't taught by teachers who know one method — they're taught by teachers who stay curious, keep learning, and genuinely care about the people in front of them.
That belief became the foundation of Elemental Sculpt.
Today, Liz blends modern movement science with timeless wisdom to help teachers build confidence, teach with intention, and create classes that are both physically effective and deeply meaningful.
What Is Elemental Sculpt?
The Elemental Sculpt Method™ integrates yoga, sculpt, mat Pilates, and functional strength training into principles you can apply across disciplines.

What You’ll Learn
Train beyond one modality. Rather than specializing in a single style, this training blends yoga, sculpt, mat Pilates, functional strength training, and philosophy into one adaptable teaching method.
Think like a movement teacher. Instead of memorizing choreography, you'll learn the principles behind intelligent movement — so you can adapt, create, and teach classes that are genuinely yours.
Lead with purpose. Movement is only part of a memorable class. You'll learn how communication, presence, anatomy, philosophy, and thoughtful programming come together to build classes people return to.
Grow through mentorship. Individualized feedback, guided practice teaching, and personal coaching in a small-group setting built to grow your confidence one weekend at a time.

FAQ

Not at this time, and that is intentional.
Elemental Sculpt is designed as a movement teacher training that delivers a multidisciplinary movement education rather than a traditional teacher training. While Yoga Alliance has helped establish standards within the yoga industry, its curriculum requirements don’t fully reflect the broader vision of this program.
Rather than fitting inside one framework, Elemental Sculpt is a training that integrates yoga, sculpt, mat Pilates, functional strength training, anatomy, philosophy, and modern teaching methodology into one cohesive experience. Our priority is preparing exceptional teachers rather than designing the curriculum around registration requirements.
Throughout this training you’ll learn how to understand movement, think critically, adapt intelligently, and teach with confidence. Those skills are developed through education, practice, mentorship, and experience.
We believe the quality of a teacher comes from their knowledge, curiosity, integrity, and ability to genuinely connect with the people in front of them. That is what Elemental Sculpt is designed to cultivate.
-
Yes. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll receive an Elemental Sculpt Teacher Training Certificate. This certification recognizes your completion of the 70+ hour training and your demonstrated understanding of movement, programming, teaching methodology, and practice teaching.
Many graduates will go on to teach sculpt, yoga, mat Pilates, private sessions, incorporate the methodology into their existing movement practices or a blend of all! As with any certification, hiring decisions are ultimately made by individual studios and employers.
-
Not at all. Whether you’re dreaming of teaching your first class or you’re already an experienced instructor looking to expand your skill set, this training is designed to meet you where you are.
Our small-group format allows for individualized feedback, mentorship, and plenty of opportunities to practice and grow.
-
Absolutely. Many people join teacher training simply to deepen their understanding of movement. You’ll leave with a stronger personal practice, a deeper understanding of anatomy and philosophy, and greater confidence in your body, even if you never choose to teach a class. Learning to teach often transforms the way you move, communicate and understand yourself.
-
Elemental Sculpt Teacher Training is designed to teach you how to think like a movement teacher. Instead of memorizing choreography or following a fixed formula, you’ll learn the principles behind intelligent programming, movement science, anatomy, philosophy, communication, and leadership so you can confidently adapt to the people in front of you. Our goal isn’t to create teachers who all sound the same but to help you develop your own authentic teaching voice.
-
Each training weekend blends lecture, discussion, movement practice, workshops, reflection, and practice teaching. You’ll spend time learning anatomy and philosophy, moving together, breaking down exercises, receiving individualized feedback, and gradually building the confidence to teach. This is not weekends sitting through PowerPoint presentations but is rather an immersive learning experience.
-
Practice teaching begins early and continues throughout the program. Rather than waiting until the final weekend, you’ll receive ongoing opportunities to teach, receive feedback, refine your communication, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
-
Because each weekend builds upon the previous one, attendance is strongly enforced. If an emergency arises, we’ll work with you to create an appropriate plan for making up missed material; however, graduation requires successful completion of the entire program and demonstration of the required teaching competencies.
-
Yes. Each participant receives a professionally printed Elemental Sculpt Training Manual filled with movement library, anatomy, programming frameworks, philosophy, workbook reflections, cueing examples, and many more practical teaching tools that you’ll continue using long after the training ends.
